.We welcome groups of friends and family ,corporate staff,pairs and solo travelers.

.No prior surf or yoga experience is required but for the advanced programs.

.Guest of all level of surf and yoga experience are welcome to join us.

.Guest under age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult

We suggest that our participants make sure they are in good physical health and shape to fully enjoy our  diverse activities.

BOOKING POLICY:

Only with recieving full payment  a reservation will be secured, you will be notified and confirmed via e-mail and receive a  travel information note to help you prepare for your participation.

Rates listed are per person and subject to change,however,your price will never change after it is booked and fully paid.

TRAVEL AND FLIGHT INFORMATION

For your best comfort we suggest to book your flight to arrive on the morning of the first posted retreat date and to depart around  5pm-6pm on the last posted retreat date.

The airport code for Honolulu Hawaii is HNL  we recommend www.Hawaiianair.com

The airport code for San jose Cost Rica is SJO we recommend  www.taca.com  we can help with  transport to the resort at your own expense,which can range from $50 -$150 USD approx.

ROOM CHECK IN/OUT

Room Check in is available between 14pm-8pm on the first date of the retreat.

Check out is at  12 pm on the last listed date of the retreat.

PASSPORTS AND VISAS

You must bring a valid passport  to enter Costa Rica (at least 30 days remaining before expiration to be valid.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Stand Up Paddle Retreat requires all partticipants to obtain travel insurance with a trip cancellation policy which covers the individual or company,in this case Stand Up Paddle Retreat.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Exceptions to this policy cannot be made for any reason. It is the participant  responsibility to read and understand the cancellation policy before making a resevation.

The policy for cancellation:

A. 60 days prior to the first day of the retreat you are registered for, 100% of your payment(USD) will be credited to any other date within 1 year of your original booking date.

B.If you cancel within 30 days of the first day of your retreat 50% of your payment will be credited to any other available date within 1 year of your original booking the rest of your payment will be forfeited.

C.If you cancel within 14 days of the first day of your retreat  there is no credit  and all payment is forfeited.


D. Stand Up Paddle Retreat does not provide any cash, check or credit card refunds. There are no refunds or discounts for arriving late or leaving early. There are no credits or refunds for any services, not use while at Stand Up Paddle Retreat.

E. All cancellations  must be sent in writing sent  via e.mailes .

D. A retreat resevation is fully transferable to another person(female on the Hawaii retreat) over the age of 18, for same date and package.

IF WE EVER CANCEL OR MOVE A RETREAT DATE OR LOCATION ,GUEST ARE WELCOME TO MOVE RETREAT DATE OR THEIR PAYMENT WOULD BE REFUNDED IN FULL.

Stand Up Paddle Retreat's liability will be to refund all monies paid for the total of the cancelled retreat package only.Stand Up Paddle Retreat is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any retreat such as airlines tickets, loss of work, and/or  any other costs associated with your trip.

Payment to Stand Up Paddle Retreat indicates agreement with this cancellation policy.
